A number of casinos and bingo halls operate in various Bulgarian cities, as well as in the country's resorts. Most of them are located in hotels, though private establishments are around, as well. Only licenced casinos are allowed to operate gaming equipment. Bulgaria has approved some regulations to exercise stricter control over gambling activity. Casinos cannot function in direct proximity with a school or university and people aged under 18 are not allowed in. |
