BTC with one hot-line number service
All services of fixed-line telephone operator Bulgarian Telecommunication Company (BTC) will be accessible by one telephone number as of June 17 2008, the company said.
The free-of -charge 0800 100 line replaces 11 telephone numbers that used to provide subscribers with information about BTC services.
The hotline is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from all sides of the country. For calls made outside Bulgaria the line number is 0700 17 000. Phone calls on that line will be charged based on the respective subscription plan used by the subscriber.
BTC will keep some its popular phone lines operational. These include the waking-up service provided on 120 line and the BTC's yellow pages service on 11800.
